新型城镇化背景下厦漳泉大都市区同城化发展研究

摘　　要：基于新型城镇化规划实施的宏阔背景以及城市群、同城化研究再掀风潮的情势,分析厦漳泉大都市区同城化发展现状及存在的现实问题,提出优化空间布局的模式和方向,明确同城化发展的重点任务,整体谋划区域协调发展路径。研究认为,厦漳泉大都市区同城化具有较好基础和机遇条件,但协调机制松散、核心城市竞争力偏弱、要素内聚力不足。据此,应布局优化先行,在产业、基础设施、公共服务等方面做好同城化,并加强协调机制以及财税金融保障。Based on the new planning of urbanization and the popular wave of urban agglomeration and urban integration,present situation and the problems of reality of Xia- Zhang- Quan metripolitan area are firstly analyzed. Pattern and direction of optimizing spatial layout are then put forward,the key tasks of urban integration development are confirmed,and overall regional harmonious development path is finally concluded. This study suggests that Xia- Zhang- Quan metripolitan area has good basic conditions and opportunities,but loose coordination mechanism,the weak core city competitiveness and the lack of cohesion. Accordingly,layout optimization should be carried out. Then,urban intergration should also be realized in the industry,city infrastructure and public service.Thirdly,coordination mechanism and the fiscal and taxation financial security should also be strengthened.
