摘　　要：根据高压法三聚氰胺装置物料的浓度和系统水量平衡进行分析,在保证产品质量的前提下,部分离心母液可以无需加热分离而直接实现循环利用,有效降低了高压法三聚氰胺装置的蒸汽消耗与生产成本。According to the material concentration and water quantity balance study in high pressure melamine plant, part of the centrifugal serum can be directly recycled and used without heating on the premise to guarantee the product quality, which can efficiently reduce the steam consumption and product cost.
