摘　　要：尿素二氧化碳压缩机表冷器因列管结垢,导致表冷器真空恶化,换热效果变差,调速系统调节弹性降低。通过调整汽轮机抽汽、注汽量,清洗表冷器并加强排污,同时对压缩机进行蒸汽清洗,有效防止了真空进一步恶化。Scaling on the surface air cooler tube in C02 compressor in urea plant led to surface air cooler vacuum deterioration, heat exchange effect becoming bad and flexibility of speed regulating system reduced. To prevent further deterioration, the amount of steam extraction and injection was adjusted, surface cooler was rinsed to robust the sewage discharge, and meanwhile the compressor was cleaned by steam.
