摘 要:为了进行变频器高低电压穿越能力等相关测试,在简单阐述一种基于电力电子全控器件、用于模拟负载电动机特性的变频器电子负载设计方法及控制策略的基础上,通过理论分析给出了最低输出频率和后置变压器变比之间的关系,通过仿真验证了该电子负载在不小于最低输出频率的情况下,能够实现在变频器变频时保持输出电流基本不变的特性。对高、低电压穿越过程中的变频器模拟负载适用性进行了研究,针对低压穿越问题给出了一种合理的有功电流给定策略,通过仿真验证了电子负载能满足高低压穿越测试的负载要求。In order for tests such as high and low voltage ride through capabilities of frequency converter, the paper elaborates on a design method and control strategy of electronic analog load for frequency converter used for simulating load motor characteristics based on full control type power electronic device. By theoretical analysis, the paper presents the relationship between minimum output power and transformation ratio of rear transformer; through simulation, it demonstrates that the output current almost keeps unchanged during frequency conversion with the electronic load not lower than the minimum output power. The paper conducts applicability research of analog load for frequency converter during high and low voltage ride through, according to which it presents a reasonable given strategy of active current. It is demonstrated through simulation that electronic load can meet the load requirement of low voltage ride through test.
