摘　　要：室内气体绝缘设备内的SF_6气体一旦发生泄漏,会给运行设备和专业人员带来一定的安全隐患,虽然大部分配电设备室都安装了泄漏监测装置,但能正常发挥作用的很少,定期开展检验工作能及时发现非正常运行的监测装置。为解决当前缺少检验仪器的难题,研究人员采用动态配气和分流检验等技术,研制了1套能够准确、快速地配制出所需浓度气体的现场检验系统。应用该系统对南方某省93套泄漏监测装置开展了检验普查工作,针对发现的问题进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的改进措施和建议。The possible SF_6 leakage occurred to indoor GIS would threaten the running equipment and professionals.Although many leakage monitoring devices were installed,rarely played its role.Regular calibration work is helpful for the fault monitoring device to be found out in time.In order to solve the problem of lack of calibration instrument,a field calibration system with required concentration can be prepared accurately and quickly is developed,which adopts the technology principle of the dynamic distribution of gas and diversion.93 sets of monitoring devices are calibrated by the system,causes for the problems are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions also are put forward.
