摘 要:随着社会的发展,竞争在不断升级,各地区、各行业的产品质量变化与企业的质量发展能力都呈现出明显的区域化特征,质量范围也已从"产品"转向涵盖所有过程和效果的"区域整体",关注的焦点已转移到质量竞争的宏观表现上,质量竞争力的评价方法也在向宏观层面的发展.因此本文通过研究产品质量影响因素,创新性地从宏观质量层面出发,结合PEST模型,研究了区域旅游产品的宏观质量影响因素,并以区域旅游产品质量为研究对象,使用因子分析法和聚类分析法建立了旅游产品质量综合评价模型,以山东省2013年十七地市的15个指标数据为样本,对各市旅游产品质量影响因素进行了定量分析评价,评价结果客观地反映了不同地市的旅游产品质量水平.With the development of the society, the competition is constantly upgrading. The quality of products and the quality of the enterprises in various regions and industries are showing obvious regional characteristics. The quality range has shifted from the "product" to the "regional whole" that cover all the process and effect. The focus also has shifted to the quality competition on the macro performance and the methods of quality competitiveness evaluation are also shifted to the macro level. Therefore, starting from the macroscopic level, this article studies the macro regional tourism product quality influencing factors, combined with the PEST model. And regional tourism product quality is chosen as the research object, using factor analysis and cluster analysis method ,we establish the comprehensive evaluation model of tourism product quality. The 15 indicators data of 17 cities in Shandong province , in 2013 was selected as the sam and evaluate quantitatively, we analyze the municipal tourism product quality influencing factors. The evaluation results objectively reflected the tourism product quality level of different cities.
