陕西省外商直接投资与环境问题的关系研究

摘　　要：随着陕西省外商直接投资企业项目以及实际利用外资额的增加,提高经济发展水平的同时也带来一系列的环境问题.因此研究两者之间是否存在关联性以及存在怎样的关联性具有特殊的学术研究价值和现实指导意义.根据1993-2012年陕西省外商直接投资和环境污染数据,运用计量经济学分析方法,系统分析了外商直接投资与环境问题的关系.结果表明,陕西省外商直接投资不是工业废水、二氧化硫排放量的Granger原因,而是工业固体废弃物排放量的Granger原因,这一检验结果主要归因于外商投资陕西省的产业结构选择.并且近十年陕西省政府对工业污染的严格治理一定程度上影响了外商直接投资的进入.With the increase of foreign direct investment enterprises and the actual utilization of foreign capital, the level of economic development has also brought a series of environmental problems in Shaanxi province. Therefore, there is a special academic value and practical guiding significance to study whether there is correlation and what correlation exist between the two. According to the relevant data of the foreign direct investment and the ecological environment in the 1993 -2012 in Shaanxi province, the relationship between foreign direct investment and ecological environment in Shaanxi province was analyzed systematically in this paper by using econometrics analysis method. The results showed that： foreign direct investment and industrial waste water, sulfur dioxide emissions are not Granger causality, but foreign direct investment is the Granger cause of industrial solid waste emissions in Shaanxi province. The result of this test is mainly attributed to the industrial structure of foreign investment in Shaanxi province. And in the last ten years, the investments of government of Shaanxi Province on industrial pollution control have affected the entry of foreign direct investment to some extent.
