摘　　要：风险费用是工程量清单综合单价费用构成中的重要组成部分,但实际工作中并未得到招标投标各方的重视。本文从风险管理角度介绍了清单计价中常见的风险类型以及确定工程量清单风险费用应考虑的因素,提出按照不平衡的方式确定风险费用和在编制清单项目特征中增加风险范围描述的设想,并通过案例分析了期望值法确定风险费用的方法。Risk cost is an important part of the comprehensive unit price in bill of quantities, but it doesn＇t get the attention of tenders and bidders in the actual work. in this article, it introduced the risk types that are common in the bill pricing and the factors that shall be considered to determine the risk cost in the bill of quantities from the perspective of risk management, and put forward the ideas of de- termining the risk cost according to the unbalanced ways and increasing the descriptions about the risk range when the in characteris- tics of list items are to be compiled, and analyzed the method of determining the risk cost with expectancy method through the case analysis.
