摘　　要：依法治国是党领导人民治理国家的基本方略,也是做好新时期公共安全治理工作的必然要求。当前,我国社会稳定步入高风险期,公共安全形势严峻,公共安全治理存在许多突出问题。这都迫切需要我们大力提高公共安全治理的法治化水平和能力。The rule of law is the basic strategy for Chinese Communist Party to lead the people in the governance of the country. It is also a necessary requirement for better management of public security in the new period. Now our country has entered a period of high risk in social stability. The situation of public security is severe. There are many prominent problems. Therefore, it is urgent for us to improve the management level of public security under the rule of law.
