摘 要:目的:探讨听觉脑干诱发电位仪在婴幼儿听力筛选中的作用。方法选择2012年4月至2014年12月漯河市第二人民医院行听力筛查的57例(114耳)婴幼儿的临床资料,对全部婴幼儿采用听觉脑干诱发电位仪进行听力测定,依据 PL、IPL、波幅、波形、左右耳间差及听阈判定 ABR 是否异常。结果本研究57例婴幼儿中筛查出38例,共67耳有异常,异常率为69.3%,其中单耳损伤9例,双耳损伤29例。周围性听力损伤19例,脑干中枢听力损伤16例,混合性听力损伤3例。根据不同病因引起的听力障碍及异常的 ABR 进行分析,窒息、早产、黄疸为发病因素最高。结论 ABR 是婴幼儿听力障碍筛查的有效方法,可在临床推广应用。Objective To study the role of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in infantile hearing screening. Methods Clinical data of 57 cases of infants(114 ears)in the second people’s hos-pital of Luohe for hearing screening from April 2012 to December 2012 were selected. All infants re-ceived audiometry with brainstem auditory evoked potentials. Whether ABR was abnormal or not was de-termined,according to detect PL,IPL,amplitude,wave form,difference between left and right ear and auditory. Results There were 38 cases of infants were screened in this group,which included 57 cases of infants,67 ears were screened out to be abnormal,the abnormal rate was 69. 3% . There were 9 cases with monaural damage and 29 cases with double eras’damage,19 cases with peripheral hearing impair-ment,16 cases with hearing loss of central brain stem and 3 cases with mixed hearing loss. According to hearing impairments caused by different causes and abnormal ABR was analyzed,asphyxia,premature birth and jaundice are the highest risk factors. Conclusions ABR is an effective method of infantile hearing screening,which can be popularized in clinical application.
