瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的调脂作用比较

摘　　要：目的：比较瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的实际调脂疗效。方法选取临汾市第四人民医院2012年9月至2014年9月收治的冠心病并支架植入治疗患者299例，分别采用服阿托伐他汀和瑞舒伐他汀对患者进行治疗，对比两种药物的调脂效果。结果瑞舒伐他汀组胆固醇（ TC）、三酰甘油（ TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ LDL-C）降低幅度明显高于阿托伐他汀组，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ HDL-C）水平比较差异未见统计学意义（ P＝0.585﹥0.05）。结论瑞舒伐他汀降脂作用比阿托伐他汀降脂作用更明显，可以大幅度的降低TC、TG、LDL-C的水平，而这两种药物对HDL-C的升高作用没有明显差异，两者均安全性较高。objective To investigate the effect of lipid for rosuvastatin and atorvastatin on coronary heart disease. Methods TWo hundred and ninety-nine patients With coronary heart disease from September 2012 to September 2014 un-derWent stent implantation Were selected. Atorvastatin and rosuvastatin treatment Were contacted and the modulation effects of the drug Were compared. Results After treatment,the change of TC,Tg and lDl-C in rosuvastatin group Were signifi-cantly higher than those in atorvastatin group,there Was significant difference（P﹤0. 05）,and the change of hDl-C had no significant difference betWeen the tWo groups（ P=0. 585 ﹥0. 05 ）. Conclusions Rosuvastatin lipid-loWering effect is more obvious than atorvastatin,it can significantly reduce TC,Tg,lDl-C levels,and there is no significant difference be-tWeen the tWo drugs for elevated levels of hDl-C,and they both have high security.
