摘 要:目的探讨高通量透析治疗尿毒症并发症的效果。方法随机选取2012年8月至2015年2月合并多种并发症的尿毒症患者84例,依据治疗方案分为两组,每组42例。观察组接受高通量透析治疗,对照组采取常规对症治疗,比较两组并发症及肾功能指标改善情况。结果观察组总改善率(89.86%)高于对照组(45.59%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后观察组甲状旁激素(PTH)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)分别为(346.25±86.15)ng/dl、(12.32±3.84)mg/L、(352.47±94.26)μmol/L、(22.15±4.28)mmol/L,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高通量透析治疗尿毒症并发症效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of high-flux hemodialysis on uremic complica- tions. Methods From August 2012 to August 2015, 84 patients with uremic complications were randomly selected, and divided them into two groups according to therapeutic regimen, with 42 cases in each group. The observation group received high-flux hemodialysis, while the control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment, complication and renal function improvement of the two groups were com- pared. Results The total improvement rate of the observation group was 89. 86%, which was higher than 45.59% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). After treatment, PTH, β2-MG, Cr and BUN of the observation group respectively were( 346. 25 ± 86. 15 ) ng/dl, (12.32 ± 3.84)mg/L, (352.47 ±94.26) p, moL/L and (22.15 ±4.28) mmol/L, which were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The effect of high-flux hemodialysis in treatment of uremic complications is obvious and has high value in clinical application.
