摘　　要：从我国的农业现状出发,按照“十五”计划对农业现代化的要求,发展农业经济特区是必要的。农业经济特区肩负重要的历史使命。结合建三江农垦局的实际,建三江已具备创办农业经济特区的雄厚基础和优越条件。To meet the requirements of the agricultural modernization set for the 10th Five-Year Plan from the present situation of China' s agriculture,it is necessary for us to develop the special eco-nomic zones of agriculture.Develop ing the special economic zones make u s undertake a major his-torical mission.At present,we have had the solid foundation and good con dition,under which we can build'Three Rivers',the special economic zone of agricu lture.
