校政企研联合培养研究生的效果评价研究——基于南京市某高校金融专业硕士研究生的调研

摘　　要：以社会需求为培养导向,开展校政企研联合培养研究生是未来研究培养的一大趋势。那么,校政企研联合培养研究生的效果如何?南京市某高校金融专业硕士学位研究生的调研结果表明,校政企研联合培养研究生起到了一定的示范效应,对研究生解决实际问题能力、心理承受能力、人际关系处理能力、组织领导能力等方面有较大提升,但目前校政企研联合培养研究生也存在高校和企业不能有效协调、相互割裂的现象。基于以上调查,校政企研联合培养研究生应当从建立良好的校政企研联合培养研究生的合作管理机制、建立联合培养研究生的效果反馈机制、加强联合培养研究生的成果转化等方面予以进一步完善。It is a trend of the future postgraduate education, which is guided by social needs and carry out co-cultureing postgratuates of universities, government and enterprises. Then, how is the impact of co-cultureing postgratuates of universities, government and enterprises？ The investigaion of a university＇s financial professional degree for postgraduates in Nanjing city shows that： co-culturing postgratuates of universities, government and enterprises plays some demonstation effect, it is has large improvement to postgraduates＇ ability of solving praticalproblems, psychological enduring capacity, interpesrsonal ability,organiztion and leadership ability, but it also exits that college and enterprise is unable to effectively coordinate and split each other. Based the above investigation, co-cultureing postgratuates of universities,government and enterprises should be perfected from aspeces of establishing a good cooperate and administrative mechanism, establishing the effect of feedback mechanism and strengthening the transformation of achievements.
