摘　　要：标准TCP协议是针对有线网络发展而来,为了TCP能有效应用于移动通信网络,针对移动通信网络误码率高、频繁切换等造成无线链路丢包的情况已提出了多种TCP性能改进机制。通过对固定使用场景状况下影响数据发送速率情况的研究及分析,提出了TCP性能改进方案,实现了移动通信网络的TCP数据传输优化,提升了WAP业务上网速率,提高了网络吞吐量和利用率。Standard TCP protocol is developed for the wired network. Researchers have proposed a variety of TCP performance im provement mechanisms for mobile communication networks, such as high bit error rate, frequent switching, and so on, which have effect for mobile communication networks. Through the research and analysis of the data sending rate is affected by the fixed usage scenarios, summed up TCP performance improvement seheme realizations optimization of TCP data transmission in mobile communication network, improves internet transmission rate for WAP services, and it further improves network throughput and bandwidth utilization.
