摘　　要：本文针对尚未完全成熟的城市管理专业应用型人才培养模式,探讨了PDCA循环在不断改进课程设置、优化人才培养模式中的应用,提出了城市管理专业应用型人才培养模式的初步方案,以PDCA循环持续改进人才培养模式,以适应就业岗位为目标,以就业倒逼机制促进专业课程设置,培养用能上岗、做能熟练、干能出成果的应用型人才。Aimed at the not yet fully mature training mode of application-oriented talents majoring in urban management, the paper discusses the PDCA circulation＇s application on continuously improving the curriculum design and optimizing the talent training mode, and proposes the preliminary project of the training mode of application-oriented talents majoring in urban management, which continuously improves the talent training mode based on the PDCA circulation, aims to adapt to the employment,promotes the curriculum design by employment anti-driving mechanism and cultivates the applied talents who can work when they are needed, work skillfully and gain the achievement.
