摘　　要：野外生存生活训练对公安院校大学生体能以及健康的具体影响结果需要通过实验的方式进行探讨,具体操作步骤是选定实验的对象,进行一定时间的野外生存生活训练,对其进行各项的测试,与之前的测量数据进行全面的比较、探讨、分析,得出具体的影响结果,进而确定野外生存生活训练对于公安院校大学生体能提升以及各方面全面发展所起的实际作用,以及对于进行进一步研究所具备的实际意义。The specific influence of field survival training on police college students＇ physical performance and health needs to be explored through experiments. The concrete operation procedure is to select the object of experiment first, and carry out a period of field survival training on them and make various tests on them, and then compares the result with the previous one in order to obtain a specific result. The aim is to determine the practical role of field survival training in the improvement of police college students＇ physical performance and their comprehensive development, and also explore its practical significance for further research.
