摘　　要：新生转型教育工作,是高校学生工作中的一个重要部分。宿舍被视为高校新生的"第一个社会、第二个家、第三个课堂",宿舍人际关系更是新生人际关系中最为基础和首要的一个种类,其质量将对新生良好生活习惯的养成、心理健康、学习状态等方方面面产生着至关重要的影响。本文以新生宿舍人际关系为切入点,将主要尝试探讨新生宿舍人际关系对高校转型教育工作的影响力,"90后"高校新生宿舍人际关系特点,如何根据时代特点提高宿舍人际关系质量、创新高校新生转型教育工作等三个问题,为高校学生工作提供有益的参考框架。The education on university students＇ transformation is an important component of university student work. The dormito- ry is regarded as the ＂first society, second home and third class＂ of university freshmen, so dormitory interpersonal relationship is the primary and paramount interpersonal relationship of fresh- men, and its quality is of great influence on freshmen＇s lifestyles, psychological health and learning. With freshmen＇s dormitory in- terpersonal relationship as the breakthrough point, this paper mainly explores the influence of freshmen＇s dormitory interper- sonal relationship on their transformation education from the characteristics of ＂post-90s＂ university freshmen＇s dormitory in- terpersonal relationship, how to improve the quality of dormitory interpersonal relationship in accordance with the characteristics of the era and the innovation of education on university fresh- men＇s transformation, aiming to provide beneficial references for university student work.
