高校院系资料室与图书馆的整合途径和方法

摘　　要：本文从院系资料室的现状分析提出对资料室进行整合的必要性,表现为资料室工作方法和管理方式落后,资源利用率低,从业人员业务能力欠缺,经费无法保证连续性,室藏模式无法保障教学和科研的需要;讨论了院系资料室与图书馆整合的途径和方法,提出资源OPAC集成揭示的方案,并指出文献资源的整合对高校的意义。This paper analyzes the current situation of college and department reference rooms and proposes the necessity to integrate the reference rooms, as the working methods and management styles of the reference rooms are backward; the use of resources is insufficient; the relevant workers lack necessary professional abilities; the sources of supporting funds are not stable;the pattern of collection cannot meet the needs of teaching and scientific research. In view of the above problems, this paper discusses the ways to integrate college and department reference rooms with the library, puts forward the OPAC resource integration scheme, and also points out the significance of literature resource integration to a university.
