电视辅助胸腔镜手术治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析研究电视辅助胸腔镜手术治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法选取2012年12月~2014年12月院收治的恶性胸腔积液患者39例作为研究对象。结果患者经治疗后咳嗽、胸痛、胸闷等症状明显缓解39例。患者手术时间20~80 min,术后引流量350~700 mL,拔管时间2 d^7 d,术后随访6~12个月,平均随访(5.1±0.2)个月,均未见复发。结论经电视胸腔镜对恶性胸腔积液的诊断及治疗均有重要价值。Objective To observe the clinical effects of video-assisted thoracic surgery treated in malignant pleural effusion. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 39 patients with malignant pleural effusion who were admitted in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014. Results 39 patients were treated and shortness of cough,chest pain,chest tightness were significantly alleviated.Patients with the operation time was20-80 minutes, Postoperative drainage for 350-700mL;the time of extubation was 2-7days,All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,the average was （5.1± 0.2） months,showed no recurrence. Conclusion Video- assisted thoracic surgery treated in malignant pleural effusion is effective and practical method.
