口服多种维生素预防早产儿贫血的效果

摘  要:目的:观察口服多种维生素预防早产儿贫血的效果。方法选取2014年6月~2015年3月我院新生儿重症监护室住院治疗的早产患儿80例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予口服铁剂,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服维生素B12、维生素E、维生素C。每隔7天监测1次红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及网织红细胞计数(Ret)。结果出生后第21天、第28天,治疗组HCT、HB、RBC的减少速度慢于对照组,且三项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组Ret升高,对照组Ret降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组发生贫血的例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口服铁剂的基础上给予口服多种维生素可有效预防早产儿贫血。Objective Observe the effect of multivitamin on the prevention of the Anemia of prematurity. Methods 80 cases of premature infants in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given oral iron, the treatment group in the control group were given oral vitamin B12, vitamin E, vitamin C. Red blood cell (HCT), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb) and red blood cell count (Ret) were monitored every 7 days. Results HCT,HB,RBC in treatment group were significantly high compared with the observation group (P〈0.05) on the 21st day and the 28th day. Ret increased more than the control group (P〈0.05). The number of cases of anemia in treatment group were less compared with the observation group,and the difference was statistically signiifcan (P〈0.05). Conclusion Combined oral iron and multivitamin can effectively control the Anemia of prematurity.
