产后复原膏防治剖宫产术后肠胀气的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析产后复原膏防治剖宫产术后肠胀气的疗效。方法选取2014年6月~2015年5月在我院接受剖宫产手术分娩的产妇86例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分成对照组和实验组,各43例。对照组给予新斯的明足三里穴位注射,实验组口服产后复原膏。对比两组产妇的疗效。结果实验组产妇术后首次排气时间、排便时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组产妇术后肠胀气发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论产后复原膏防治剖宫产术后肠胀气效果显著,可将其作为防治剖宫产术后肠胀气的有效方案,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of prevention and treatment of postpartum recovery paste cesarean section postoperative intestinal flatulence. Methods Selected 86 cases of pregnant women in our hospital as the research object,according to the random number table method is divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with neostigmine Zusanli acupoint injection,the experimental group was given oral postpartum care cream. Comparison of two groups of maternal clinical efficacy.Results In the experimental group, the first exhaust time and defecation time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The experimental group had postoperative intestinal flatulence incidence was significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prevention and cure of postpartum recovery cream bowel bilges gas effect after cesarean section, it can be as effective scheme of prevention and treatment of intestinal bloating after cesarean section, is worthy of popularization and application.
