摘  要:目的:测定十批不同产地黄芪药材中芒柄花苷的含量,用以评价不同产地的黄芪的质量,为实际生产和临床应用黄芪药材的选择提供参考。方法:采用80%甲醇回流提取,反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。Diamonsil钻石C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈:水=25:75等度洗脱;流速:1ml﹒min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长254nm。结果:内蒙古和山西产的黄芪中芒柄花苷的含量较甘肃与长春高。结论:不同产地的黄芪中芒柄花苷的含量差异较大,同一产地黄芪中的芒柄花苷的含量也存在差异。Objective: The Ononin content in 10 batches of Huangqi from different producing areas were detected to evaluate the quality of Huangqi from different producing areas and provide reference for the selection of Huangqi in production and clinical application. Method: Ononin was extracted using 80% methanol reflux extraction. HPLC analysis was performed to detect Ononin content. The analysis was carried out on a DiamonsilClg (250m×4.6mm, 5μm)column with a mobile phases (acetonitrile : water = 25:75). The column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1mL· min^-1 and the detection was set at 254nm. Result: Ononin content in Huangqi from Inner Monglia and Shanxi were higher than Gansu and Changchun. Conclusion: Difference can be found in Ononin content in Huangqi from different producing areas. And Ononin content is different in Huangqi from the same producing area.
