摘　　要：张晓云教授认为寒热互结、脾胃虚弱是胆汁返流性胃炎发病的关键,故治疗上根据不同的辨证类型结合宣达郁热、辛开苦降的黄连苏叶汤治疗可以取得良好的效果。Professor Zhang Xiaoyun supposes the key point of etiology and pathogenesis of bile regurgitatiaonal gastritis is combination of cold and heat, deficiency of spleen and stomach. Therefore, according to the different syndrome types, the use of modified Huanglian Suye Tang clearing stagnated heat could acquire improved effects with the characteristic of ＂Xinkai-Kujiang＂.
