摘 要:目的研究查尔酮化合物Butein-0908对5种水产动物病原菌的抑菌活性。方法采用纸片扩散法和二倍稀释法,测定化合物Butein-0908对副溶血弧菌、嗜水气单胞菌、鳗弧菌、哈维氏弧菌和温和气单胞菌的最低抑菌质量浓度和最低杀菌浓度。并检测化合物Butein-0908对病原菌菌体生长曲线的影响。结果试验结果表明,化合物Butein-0908对副溶血弧菌、鳗弧菌和嗜水气单胞菌有较强的抑菌效果,最低抑菌质量浓度均为8.87、13.43、16.48 mg/L,最低杀菌质量浓度分别为18.48、27.69、34.15 mg/L;对温和气单胞菌和哈维氏弧菌的抑菌效果弱于副溶血弧菌、嗜水气单胞菌和鳗弧菌。其中对副溶血弧菌的抑制效果最佳。使致病菌的迟缓期延长2-7 h,提示Butein-0908可能通过影响致病菌生长繁殖来达到抑菌的效果。Objective To study the antibacterial activities of Chalcone compound Butein-0908 on 5 pathogens in aquatic animals. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration( MBC) of chalcone compound Butein-0908 to five pathogens including V. parahaemolyticus,V. anguillarum,A. hydrophila,A. sobria and V. harveyi in vitro in aquatic animals were determined by the disc agar diffusion method and doubling dilution. Results The inhibition of Butein-0908 on the cell growth of A. hydrophila,V. Parahaemolyticus and V. anguillarum were observed. The MIC of V. parahaemolyticus,V. anguillarum,A. hydrophila were 8. 87,13. 43 and 16. 48 mg / L,while the MBC were 18. 48,27. 69 and 34. 15 mg / L. Compared with the three pathogens above,A.sobria and V. harveyi were shown to have weaker antibacterial activities for the rest pathogens. These results indicated that compound Butein-0908 has significant antibacterial effects on the tested bacteria,especially its inhibitory effect on V. parahaemolyticus. Butein-0908 extended the lag phase of pathogens 2 - 7 h. Conclusion The antibacterial effects of Butein-0908 may be achieved by inhibiting the growth of gathogens.
