摘 要:为了研究高位钻孔抽采效果,以曙光矿1208工作面为背景建立采空区瓦斯运移模型,使用FLUENT数值模拟软件对抽采前后工作面及采空区瓦斯运移规律进行数值模拟。结果表明:抽采前工作面上隅角和回风巷瓦斯浓度分别达到1.2%和1.3%;抽采后,上隅角瓦斯浓度为0.68%,工作面瓦斯浓度维持在0.6%左右,钻孔周围和工作面附近形成了低瓦斯浓度带,证明高位钻孔能有效抽采采空区瓦斯。经现场实践,实测1208工作面和上隅角瓦斯浓度分别在0.2%和0.4%上下波动,工作面瓦斯浓度得到有效控制。To study the gas drainage effect using high level borehole,the model of goaf gas migration based on the 1208 working face of Shuguang Coal Mine was constructed using the FLUENT software and the law of gas migration of working face and goaf before and after gas drainage was numerically simulated.The numerical simulation results show that the gas concentration of return corner and return roadway of working face before gas drainage is 1.2%and1.3%respectively,and after gas drainage the gas concentration of return corner of working face is 0.68%,and the gas concentration of working face maintains about 0.6%,low gas zone is formed near the working face and around the borehole,which proves the high level borehole can effectively drain the gas of goaf.The numerical simulation results were applied in field practice,and the surveyed gas concentration of 1208 working face and return corner fluctuated at 0.2%and0.4%respectively,which showed that the gas concentration of working face could be effectively controlled using the gas drainage of high level borehole.
