摘　　要：目的:探讨服刑人员的社会支持与应对方式对心理健康的影响。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、应对方式问卷及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对347名服刑人员进行调查研究。结果:1社会支持与应对方式呈显著相关(r=0.37,P<0.01);2社会支持与心理健康总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.22,P<0.01);3应对方式与心理健康总分相关性显著(r=-0.53,P<0.01);4以心理健康总分为因变量的逐步回归分析结果发现,应对方式中的解决问题、自责、幻想和社会支持中的主观支持对服刑人员心理健康状况有预测作用(R2=0.308,P<0.05)。结论:服刑人员的应对方式和社会支持影响其心理健康状况。Objective：To investigate the effect of prisoner＇s social support and coping style on mental health.Meth-ods：A total of 347 prisoners were assessed by Social Support Scale（SSS）,Coping Style Questionnaire（CSQ）and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results：①There was a correlation among the social support and coping style （r=0.37,P〈0.01）.②There was a correlation among the social support and mental health（r=-0.22,P〈0.01）.③ There was a correlation among the coping style and mental health （r=-0.53,P〈0.01）.④The problem solving,self-accu-sation,illusion and the subjective support could predict the mental health（R2=0.308,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The cop-ing style and social supports can affect the mental health status of prisoners.
