摘　　要：20世纪初,中国近代公共图书馆创建实施是从馆舍建设开始的,在清末各省巡抚向朝廷奏请的《建修图书馆奏折》中反映了当时省级公共图书馆馆舍建设的急迫性和重要性。馆舍变迁、馆名更改从一个侧面反映了黑龙江省图书馆的创建、困顿、停滞与发展的百年历程。In the beginning of 20 th century, the establishment of modern public library in China started from library buildings construction.It reflected how urgent and importants to construct provincial public libraries in the memorial to the throne of building libraries submitted by the provincial governors to the court from the late Qing dynasty. The removal of the building and the change of library names reflect the foundation, being trapped, stagnation and development in one hundred years history of Heilongjiang Lirbary.
