摘　　要：目的:掌握颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉吻合术手术步骤、配合要领,总结注意事项及配合经验,为更准确、积极、主动的配合手术。方法:3例经DSA确诊烟雾病,治疗方法为外科手术治疗,行颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉吻合术。主要包括:熟悉手术步骤,熟练掌握基本器械及精密仪器的使用方法和用途,严格执行无菌操作。结果:3例手术均很成功顺利完成,患者术后也无并发症发生。结论:熟练掌握手术配合方法及有效的手术间管理,为颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉吻合术治疗烟雾病的手术提供了保障。Objective We should grasp the operative procedures and essentials of superficial temporal artery- middle cerebral artery anastomosis,summary precautions and experiences,in order to match the surgical operation more exactly and actively. Method Three cases of moyamoya disease were diagnosed by DSA,and already accepted superficial temporal artery- middle cerebral artery anastomosis. Methods mainly conclude： master the proficiency in operative procedures,know how to use basic equipments and microscopic instruments,and keep the rules of sterile operation strictly. Results Three cases of operation were successfully completed,and there was no postoperative complication in all these cases. Conclusion Grasping the operative procedures and effective management in the operation room,provides guarantee for the operation.
