膀胱黏膜电切联合西施泰膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的护理

摘　　要：目的:总结膀胱黏膜电切联合西施泰膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的护理要点。方法:对85例腺性膀胱炎电切的患者术后1周进行西施泰膀胱灌注,同时加强患者的心理护理,做好患者的生活习惯及饮食习惯的健康指导。出院后随访,记录相关结果。结果:本组85例患者行膀胱镜检查膀胱黏膜情况,78例治愈,5例缓解,2例未愈。结论:及时有效的护理能提高西施泰膀胱灌注联合膀胱黏膜电切治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效,值得临床借鉴和推广。Objective To summarize the nursing points of bladder mucosa resection combined with cystistat instillation in the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Method 85 cases of cystitis glandularis a week after transurethral prostatectomy in patients with bladder perfusion of cystistat,while strengthening the patient＇s psychological nursing,health guidance to patients living habits and eating habits. At follow- up,record the results. Results 85 patients underwent cystoscopy bladder mucosa,78 cases were cured,5 cases of remission,2 cases healed. Conclusion Timely and effective nursing care can improve cystistat bladder perfusion combined with transurethral resection of bladder mucosa of curative effect in the treatment of cystitis glandularis,worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
