超宽带快沿双指数脉冲源功率合成的优化设计

摘　　要：为了提高基于雪崩三极管级联的超宽带电磁脉冲源的输出功率,将其作为脉冲子源,提出对两路相同的脉冲子源进行功率合成,并分析了该脉冲子源的频率参数。根据输出脉冲宽频带、陡前沿的特点,利用ADS仿真软件对3节、4节和7节功率合成模块进行了仿真和优化设计,最终确定并研制了最优的3节功率合成模块。通过实际测试得出:在脉冲子源的工作频带内,其输入和输出端口回波损耗的最大值为–26 d B,传输损耗基本保持在–3.2 d B,输入端口间隔离度的最大值为–28 d B,该功率合成模块的仿真结果与实验验证基本一致。通过对比脉冲源原波形和合成后的输出波形可见,该功率合成模块可满足频带为200 MHz^1.2 GHz脉冲源的功率合成。In order to improve the output power of ultra-wide band electromagnetic pulser（UWB） based on avalanche transistor cascade, the UWB was taken as a sub-pulser, the power synthesis of the two same sub-pulsers was implemented, and its frequency parameter was analyzed. The simulation and optimization of three-, four-, and seven-pitch power synthesis module using ADS software were investigated according to the features of output pulse with wide frequency range and steep front edge, and the optimal three-pitch power synthesis module was confirmed and developed finally. The test results show that the maximum echoing loss of inlet and outlet ports of the developed power synthesis module is –26 d B, the transmission loss can keep at –3.2 d B, and the maximum isolation degree of inlet port is –28 d B. The simulation results and experiment verification of the power synthesis module agree well. The proposed power synthesis module can satisfy the power synthesis of the pulser with frequency band in 200 MHz～1.2 GHz by comparing the initial waveform and the waveform after power synthesis of the pulser.
