发挥大学科技园在创业教育中的引领作用

摘　　要：大学科技园与大学生创业教育具有很强的内在联系,要高标准做好大学生创业教育工作,必须发挥大学科技园的引领作用,即创业文化培育的引领、创业成功的示范引领、创业环境营造的引领、创业政策落实执行的引领、创业教育师资培养的引领和产业反哺教育引领等作用。要发挥大学科技园应起的引领作用,必须加强政策的引导,转变大学科技园的关注重点,设立专门创业教育管理机构和创业教育项目风投基金,改革学校有关创业教育师资的人事制度等。There is a strong internal link between the university science and technology park and the entrepreneurship education of college students. In order to set a high standard of entrepreneurship education for college students,university science and technology park should play a leading role in the entrepreneurship education,six aspects of the leading role are put forward as follows;leading the cultivation of entrepreneurial culture,pioneering success demonstration lead,leading the construction of entrepreneurial environment,leading the implementation of entrepreneurship policy,leading the training of the teachers of entrepreneurship education,and leading industry financed education. To play the leading role of the university science park,we must strengthen the guidance of the policy,transfer the focus of university science and technology park,set up a special administrative agency and venture capital fund for entrepreneurship education,and reform the personnel system related to entrepreneurship education teachers.
