摘 要:介绍了一种新型真空再生的有机胺脱硫技术以及其应用于江铜贵溪冶炼厂硫酸尾气净化的中试运行情况。通过工业性试验验证了该技术的可行性,确定了最佳工艺条件,并测试了脱硫系统的稳定性。结果表明:脱硫剂循环量为9 m3/h、再生塔操作真空度为(35±5)kPa、再生蒸汽压力为0.3~0.35 MPa、蒸汽流量为1.0~1.2 t/h条件下,再生效率大于90%,脱硫效率大于99%,净化气中ρ(SO_2)低于10 mg/m^3。该技术克服了传统有机胺脱硫技术存在的有机胺消耗大、蒸汽耗量大、设备腐蚀严重等问题,具有脱硫效率高、稳定性高、再生蒸汽消耗低、有机胺损耗量低、运行成本低、无二次污染等优点,完全适应于冶金制酸尾气中SO_2的脱除,具有较好的环境效益和经济效益。A new desulfurization technology,featured as organic amine regenerated in vacuum,and its pilot test on sulfuric acid tail gas in Guixi Smelter of JCC is introduced. The feasibility of the technology and the stability of desulfurization were proved through industrial test. After studying the influence factors,the optimum process conditions were determined,including circulation volume of 9 m^3/ h,operating vacuum pressure in the regeneration tower of( 35 ± 5) k Pa,steam pressure of 0. 3 -0. 35 MPa,and steam flow of 1. 0 - 1. 2 t / h. Under these conditions,the regeneration efficiency could reach 90%,while the desulfurization efficiency could be maintained at 99% above,and the SO2 concentration in the purified flue gas remained below10 mg / m^3. Not only high consumption of organic amine and steam,severe equipment corrosion were avoided,but also the advantages of higher desulfurization efficiency and stability,lower steam and organic amine consumption,lower operation cost and secondary pollution were achieved. This technology showed its good prospect in desulfurization of sulfuric acid tail gas.
