摘　　要：本文介绍环境保护部化学品测试合格实验室体系的历史沿革,回顾自2008年以来环境保护部化学品测试合格实验室的发展历程,结合检查实践和各实验室的实际情况,指出在检查实践过程中发现的关于组织机构、质量保证、标准操作规程、档案管理、技术能力考核、现场检查过程等方面存在的问题。在深入分析问题的基础上,从完善技术体系、开展宣传和培训、加强人员队伍建设和技术交流、开展国际合作等方面给出针对性的对策和建议,旨在进一步推动和提高环境保护部化学品测试合格实验室的整体水平。This article introduced the history of good laboratory practice （GLP） in chemical test laboratories of the Ministry of Environmental Protection （MEP）, reviewed the development of GLP laboratories since 2008, and combining with the inspection results and actual laboratory situation, systematically summarized the problems identified in previous GLP inspections, covering organization structure, quality assurance, standard operating procedures, archive management, technical ability appraisal, and site inspections. Based on a thorough analysis of existing problems, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, such as improving technical system, providing publicity and training programs, strengthening human resource building and technical communication programs, and carrying out nation-wide cooperations, in order to promote and improve the overall level of GLP in MEP laboratories.
