摘　　要：甘草在中医药中被誉为"国老",因其作用广泛,副作用小,故在临床上被广泛使用,除其在中医药里常用的功效之外,现代药理研究证实甘草的神经保护作用对神经退行性疾病也有显著疗效。本文综述了神经退行性疾病的一些相关疾病,并就甘草在该类疾病中的应用以及作用机制进行了分析。Known as the ＂Minister＂ in traditional Chinese medicine,Radix Glycyrrhizae is widely used due to its broad role and little side effects in the clinic. In addition to its effect commonly used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,modern pharmacological studies also confirmed that Radix Glycyrrhizae has significant neuroprotective effect to neurodegenerative diseases. This article described some neurodegenerative diseases,and analyzed the application of Radix Glycyrrhizae in neurodegenerative disease and the therapeutic mechanism.
