摘　　要：人才培养和智力开发是劳动力再生产的重要内容,有计划地大力提高劳动者的政治素质、文化技术水平和管理能力,实现劳动力的扩大再生产,这是职工教育的任务。科学、人才、教育是密切联系的,科学出于人才,人才出于教育,人才的开发不仅要满足当前生产的需要,还要为将来发展打基础。因此它是一项超前的事业,一项最基本的建设。Talent cultivation and intellectual development is an important part of the reproduction of labor force,so it is the task of workers education to improve workers＇ political quality,cultural and technical level and management ability,to realize labor force expanded reproduction in a planned way.Science,talent and education are closely related,talent development not only to meet the needs of the current production,but also to lay the foundation for future development.So it is a leading cause,one of the most basic construction.
