摘  要:铝合金车体的设计可以预测、规划整车的模态匹配,进而改善高速列车的运行性能,但铝合金车体的有限元设计模型不可避免地存在误差。为确保车体设计模型的准确性,基于车体仿真模态与实测值间的相对误差,建立了车体模型的精度判定准则和多目标修正方法,并推导了模型修正的正则化算法。同时,利用参数扰动比改进了模态灵敏度,确立了修正参数的选择依据。根据提出的修正方法完成了某铝合金车体的模型修正,结果表明:修正后模型的模态与实测值一致,能够为后续的车体设计和优化提供正确的模型。The design of aluminum alloy car body can be used for the forecast and planning of the mode matc-hing of whole vehicle,to further improve the operational performance of high speed train.However,errors are inevitable in the finite element model for aluminum alloy car body design.To ensure the accuracy of the car body design model,based on the relative errors between the car body simulation model and the measured val-ues,the accuracy criteria and multi objectives updating method were established and the regularization method was derived for model updating.At the same time,the modal sensitivity was improved with parameter disturb-ance ratio,which established the selection basis for updating parameters.A real aluminum alloy car body was updated based on the proposed updating method and the result showed that the modes of updated model were consistent with measured values.The updated model can provide the correct model for the design and optimiza-tion of car body.
