斜脉暗罗叶甾体类成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究斜脉暗罗叶的化学成分。方法:95%乙醇提取斜脉暗罗叶,制备总浸膏,硅胶柱色谱分离其成分,理化性质和波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到3种甾体化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、β-胡萝卜甙(2)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)。结论:所有化合物均首次从斜脉暗罗叶中分离得到。Objective： To isolate and identify the components from the leaves of P. plagioneura. Methods： The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,and C18 chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results： Three steroidal compounds were isolated and identified as： β-sitosterol（ 1）,β-daucosterol（ 2）,Stigmast-4-en-3-one（ 3）. Conclusion： All compounds are isolated from the leaves of P. plagioneura for the first time.
