壮骨麝香膏保护动静脉内瘘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨壮骨麝香膏预防维持性血液透析(MHD)患者自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)并发症的效果。方法:用随机数字表法将60例首次使用AVF的MHD患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组在透析间期采用常规护理,观察组采用壮骨麝香膏沿AVF血管走向贴4~5 h·d^(-1),1次·d^(-1),观察两组患者1年内发生血管硬化、血管瘤样扩张、内瘘狭窄、内瘘闭塞和血流量不足的情况。结果:观察组血管硬化、血管瘤样扩张、内瘘狭窄、内瘘闭塞和血流量不足的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮骨麝香膏可减少AVF并发症的发生,起到有效的保护作用。Objective： To observe the effect of musk plaster on prevent complications of arteriovenous fistula（ AVF） in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods： Totally 60 MHD patients used AVF firstly were divided into observation group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 30） by random digits table. In dialysis interval,the control group used usual care,and the observation group stuck with musk plaster along the AVF blood vessels to 4 ～ 5 h·d-1,1·d-1. The vascular sclerosis,hemangiomatous expansion,internal fistula stenosis,internal fistula occlusion,and insufficient blood flow were observed for 1 year. Results： The incidence rates of vascular sclerosis,hemangiomatous expansion,internal fistula stenosis,internal fistula occlusion,and insufficient blood flow of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion： The musk plaster can reduce the complications of AVF and protect it effectively.
