中度系统性红斑狼疮与自身抗体的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究亚型干扰素-α(interferon-α,IFN-α)2b自身抗体在系统性红斑狼疮患者(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者血清的表达以及疾病的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测SLE患者、健康体检者血清内抗IFN-α2b抗体的水平,并分析在SLE患者中上述抗体与临床指标和实验室检查的相关性。结果:中度SLE患者的血清抗IFN-α2b抗体高于健康体检组(P<0.01)。SLE患者的血清抗IFN-α2b抗体与患者临床指标和实验室检查具有相关性。结论:与健康对照组相比在中度SLE患者血清中抗IFN-α2b抗体升高,提示抗IFN-α2b抗体可能参与SLE的发生。Objective： To study the serum expression of interferon- α（ IFN- α） 2b autoantibody in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（ SLE） and its correlation with the disease. Methods： Enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） method was adopted to detect the serum levels of IFN- α 2b aotoantibody in SLE patients and the healthy controls. The correlation analysis was made between the antibody in SLE patients and the clinical indicators and laboratory examinations. Results： IFN- α 2b aotoantibody in moderate SLE patients is significantly higher than that in the healthy controls（ P 〈 0. 01） and is related to clinical indicators and laboratory examinations. Conclusion： Serum expression of IFN- α 2b aotoantibody in moderate SLE patients increased compared with that in the healthy controls,suggesting that IFN- α 2b aotoantibody may be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.
