摘　　要：在阐述丰台西编组站现状的基础上,针对丰台西编组站目前在快运货物列车组织中存在的编组计划欠合理、车辆技检及货物货检作业有待加强、难以满足快捷化需求、激励机制不健全等问题,提出调整编组计划、加强车辆技检及货检作业、压缩站内作业时间、建立激励机制等对策,以形成完整的快运货物列车组织体系,推动铁路向现代物流转型。Based on expounding general situation of Fengtai West Marshalling Station, targeting with the problems existing in current express freight train organization of the marshalling station like deficient and unreasonable formation plan, vehicle technical inspection and freight checking operation need strengthening, difficult to meet the needs of satisfying express demand and imperfect incentive mechanism, this paper puts forward relative countermeasures, such as adjusting formation plan, strengthening vehicle technical inspection and freight checking operation, shortening operation time inside the station and establishing incentive mechanism, so as to form complete express freight train organization system and promote the transformation of the railway to modern logistics.
