摘 要:煤炭的自燃特性使其在储存和运输过程中存在火灾隐患。为加强铁路运输煤炭自燃防控,在阐述国外煤炭自燃防控研究现状及经验的基础上,根据我国煤炭分类及分布特点,分析不同种类煤炭的自燃特性,结合铁路运输途中煤炭自燃案例,探讨铁路运输途中煤炭自燃原因及部位,从煤炭储存管理、煤炭装车管理、火灾施救预案3个方面提出煤炭自燃防控的相应对策。The self-ignition property of coal has fire hazards during storage and transportation. In order to strengthen the coal self-ignition prevention and control during railway transportation, based on expounding study present situation and experiences of coal self-ignition prevention and control in foreign countries, combining with coal categories and distribution in China, this paper analyzes the self-ignition property of different coal, combining with examples of coal self-ignition during railway transportation, the paper discusses reasons and parts of coal self-ignition during transportation, and puts forward relative countermeasures of coal self-ignition prevention and control from 3 aspects such as coal storage management, coal loading management and fire rescue plan.
