摘  要:西气东输一线全长400 km,服役已超过10年,机组陆续进入大修期,为不影响生产,进行了不同型号燃气轮机互换使用的课题攻关。在实际应用中仪表控制系统经历了多次技术变更,不同燃机的控制系统存在不同程度的差异,为此对西气东输一线与二线的燃机排气温度、燃机入口可调导叶和燃机控制程序进行了技术分析与对比,提出了相应的解决方案。2014年9月,西一线某压气站1~#机组燃机互换后,至今机组运行情况良好,各项参数正常,不仅提高了设备运维水平和设备利用率,还为燃机的控制和温度测量提供了技术借鉴,更重要的是为管道行业燃机运行及备用方式提供了更多的选择。The Phase I of West- East Pipeline Project(WEPP I, total length 400 km) has been in operation for more than 10 years. The gas turbine units have been entering major overhaul stage.In order to maintain the normal production,the possibility of swap different model of gas turbine driver was considered. In actual application,different model of gas turbine's control systems were in differences as the control system has numbers of modification.Detail technical comparison had been made for the gas turbines used in WEPP I and II in exhaust temperature, Inlet Guide Vane and control program before reach the final solution.After swapping the gas turbines of 1~#unit in one gas compression station in Sep 2014, the units operated in good conditions with all operating parameters in normal.It is not only improved equipment operating and maintenance level,also set references for gas turbine control and temperature measuring professionals.This provides more selections for gas turbine operation and machine back-up methods.
