留守儿童的哲学认知及社会工作服务理念

摘　　要：留守儿童与普通儿童一样,是人类自身生产的承载者,是国家的财富。在中国经济社会的快速发展中,留守儿童成为经济增长过程中的利益受损者,获得照料和支持是留守儿童本身的基本权利。社会工作者应明确这种哲学认知,在开展留守儿童社会工作服务时遵循三个理念:社会公正、人的价值和尊严,以及社工的根本使命是开展社会工作服务的基础;服务过程中注重激发留守儿童自身的潜力;服务的开展要以社会工作者的诚信和能力素养为前提。Like ordinary children,left-behind children are people＇s load of production and wealth of the nation. Those left-behind children suffer from economic growth in the rapid development of economy and society in China. It＇s the rights of left-behind children to get cares and supports. Social workers should have such philosophical cognition,that is the left-behind children＇s social service must follow three principles：social justice,the value and dignity of human and the primary mission of social work is the base of service.Social workers should pay attention to stimulating the potentiality of left-behind children. The sincerity and abilities of social workers are premise in the service process.
