摘 要:聚合物改性水泥砂浆层(文中简称聚合物砂浆层)与原混凝土结合面的有效黏结,是二者协同工作、结合面应力有效传递的前提,是加固层性能充分发挥的关键。通过对33个试件的双面剪切试验,探讨了剪切强度的影响参数分析了聚合物砂浆层与混凝土结合面的黏结剪切性能。试验结果表明:聚合物砂浆层与混凝土结合面的剪切强度主要取决于砂浆强度;黏结面积大于150mm×100mm时,剪切强度基本不受黏结面积变化影响;加载速率变化对界面剪切强度的变化作用显著;加载速率的增加有利于提高结合面剪切强度,但在动力加载时应充分考虑结合面内力的加载速率增大效应。The effective bonding between the polymer modified mortar layer and the original concrete is the prerequisite of the cooperation between the two parts and effective stress transmission in the binding interface,which is critical to the quality of the strengthening layer. Based on the double shear tests of 33 test specimens,in this paper,by the method of discussing the influence parameters of shear strength,the bond performance between polymer mortar layer and original concrete were analyzed. The results show that the shear strength is mainly determined by the strength of mortar; when the bond area is bigger than150 mm × 100 mm,it almost has no effect on the bond shear strength. And different loading rate has a significant effect on the shear strength. Increasing the loading rate is beneficial to the improvement of the shear strength of the binding interface,but under dynamic load,the amplified effect of the high loading rate on the internal force should be considered.
