摘  要:目的观察硝酸盐膳食对2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血压及糖化血浆蛋白的影响,并探讨其可能的机制及意义。方法对2型糖尿病伴高血压患者每日进食硝酸盐膳食情况进行4周的干预,观察患者血压及糖化血浆蛋白的变化情况。结果 1实验组富含硝酸盐膳食4周后收缩压平均下降11.2±1.5 mmHg,舒张压平均下降6.3±1.0mmHg,同对照组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。2实验组富含硝酸盐膳食4周后糖化血浆蛋白较基线值下降0.3±0.2mmol/L,对照组糖化血浆蛋白较基线值下降0.2±0.1mmol/L,两组相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论硝酸盐膳食可能改善2型糖尿病伴高血压患者血压,富含硝酸盐膳食可能增加2型糖尿病合并高血压患者心血管受益。Objective To observe the effect of dietary nitrate on blood pressure and glycosylated plasma protein in type 2diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension,and to explore its possible mechanism and significance.MethodsThe changes of blood pressure and glycosylated plasma protein were observed in type 2diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension after 4weeks dietary nitrate intervention.Results ①The average value of systolic blood pressure decreased by 11.2±1.5mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure decreased by 6.3±1.0mmHg in experimental group patients,there was significant difference compare with the control group(P〈0.05).②The average value of glycosylated plasma protein decreased by 0.3±0.2mmol/L in experimental group patients campare with 0.2±0.1mmol/L in control group patients,there was no significant difference between the groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion Dietary nitrate may reduce the blood pressure and increase the cardiovascular benefit in type 2diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension.
