摘　　要：目的研究128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影在评估冠脉支架置入后随访中的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取2012年4月-2014年11月60例患者,所有患者均进行冠状动脉造影检查确诊为冠心病,并接受支架置入术后进行随访探究,根据128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影在评估冠脉支架置入后随访情况来评定临床使用价值。结果冠脉CTA有支架无狭窄68枚,有支架再狭窄19枚,而选择性冠状动脉造影检查结果为:支架无狭窄70枚,有支架再狭窄17枚,CTA与SCA进行对比具有较高的符合率(P>0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影是评估冠状动脉支架再狭窄还是通畅的重要检查方法,其检测准确性高,有利于医生对患者冠脉支架置入情况的正确判断,值得在临床治疗。Objective The clinical application value of 128 slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the follow-up assessment of coronary stent implantation.Methods Randomly in November 2012 in April 2014-60 patients,all patients were performed coronary angiography examination diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and then in a follow-up after carotid stenting,according to the 128 layer spiral CT coronary artery imaging in the evaluation of follow-up after coronary stenting to assess clinical use value.Results CTA with stent in no 68,19 pieces of stent restenosis,and the selective coronary angiography examination result is：the stent in no 70,stent restenosis 17,CTA compared with SCA has high coincidence rate（P〉0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion 128 layer spiral CT coronary artery imaging is the evaluation of coronary artery stent restenosis or unobstructed important inspection method,its high detection accuracy and is helpful for doctors to patients with coronary artery stent implantation of correct judgment,is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
