摘 要:目的了解不同地区不同人群阴道感染病原菌的分布及耐药情况,为临床对阴道炎治疗过程中合理选用抗生素提供科学的实验室依据。方法对巴中地区2013年7月至2015年6月期间的696例阴道分泌物样本进行培养,在VITEK2-compact全自动微生物分析仪对分离的菌株进行分离鉴定和药敏试验分析。结果 696例样本中457例中培养出病原菌238株,阳性检出率为52.08%。细菌检出种类较多,革兰氏阳性球菌104株,革兰氏阴性杆菌63株,假丝酵母菌67株,其他细菌4株,阳性检出率分别为43.70%、26.47%和1.68%。葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌和B群无乳链球菌对万古霉素和利奈唑胺抗生素敏感率均为100.0%,粪肠球菌和B群无乳链球菌对氨苄西林和万古霉素的耐药率为0.00%。大肠埃希氏菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对阿米卡星、美洛培南和亚胺培南抗生素敏感率均在97.00%以上,两种假丝酵母菌对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的耐药率均在34.00%以上。结论定期总结分析所在地区的阴道分泌物中病原菌分布及细菌总体耐药概率,对临床合理选择抗生素、提高疗效和降低耐药菌株的产生有着重要的临床意义。Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in different regions of different populations,and to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of antibiotics.Methods The Bazhong was696 cases sample of vaginal secretion from July 2013 to June 2015 in cultured,and the isolation and drug sensitivity test were analyzed by VITEK2-compact automatic microbial analyzer.Results In 696 of the 457 samples,238were cultured in,and the positive rate was 52.08%.There were 104 strains of bacteria,strains of gram positive bacteria,63 gram negative bacilli,67 Candida albicans,4other bacteria,and the positive detection rate was 43.70%,26.47%,28.15%and 1.68% respectively.Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis and B group is Streptococcus agalactiae sensitive rate to vancomycin and linezolid antibiotics were 100.0%,Enterococcus faecalis and B group Streptococcus agalactiae to ampicillin and vancomycin resistant rate was 0.00%.Escherichia coli and pneumonia Klebsiella pneumoniae to amikacin,meropenem and imipenem antibiotic sensitive rate were above 97.00%,two kinds of Candida albicans to fluconazole and itraconazole resistance rate was 34.00%.Conclusion To sum up the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in the vaginal discharge and the overall drug resistance rate of bacteria in the region,it has important clinical significance for clinical rational selection of antibiotics,improving the curative effect and reducing the production of drug resistant strains.
