摘 要:针对煤矿井巷工程流沙层段围岩体松散、易碎和变形大的特点,提出预注复合化学浆液实现流砂层段快速固结。以环氧树脂为基本原料生成乙烯基环氧树脂,与催化剂组成制备双组分固砂注浆材料,并对其性质、固化体力学性能及固砂效果进行研究。实验结果表明:固砂材料具有黏度低、可注性好、耐腐蚀、阻燃性好等特点;注浆材料与细砂具有较大的黏结强度、抗变形能力,现场工程应用效果显著。In the light of the characteristics of loose and fragile and large deformation in quick - sand strata, pressure injection with composite chemical solidified liquid was used to reinforce quick - sand strata fleetly. A composite chemical solidified liquid was prepared by vinyl epoxy resin and catalyst, and the characteristics, mechanical property of consolidation and solidification effect were investigated. The obtained results indicate that the composite chemical solidified liquid possessed lower viscosity, better injection, corrosion resistant and better fire resistance. The caking property between the new grouting material and fine sand is good, the non - deformability is better and the strength of solidification rock mass is strong. The engineering application has proved the validation of the new chemical grouting material.
