摘 要:为了解决超化矿31采区支护参数选取不当,大量软岩巷道极易陷入"前掘后修"和"屡修屡坏"的恶性循环的问题。结合已有的研究成果,分析深部大断面软岩巷道的变形破坏特征,通过FLAC数值模拟,在此基础上确定深部软岩巷道的合理支护参数,在巷道围岩的锚固性能锚杆预紧力取5 t时,锚杆支护间排距取0.8 m×0.8 m,一次锚网支护采用长度为3 m、直径20 mm的锚杆,然后在一次锚网支护形成的支护承载结构基础上,在巷道帮部和拱部采取结构补偿措施,二次支护选取长度6.5 m、直径18.9 mm的锚索,经过现场实测采用以上参数取得了良好的支护效果。In order to solve the problems that inappropriate supporting parameters selection and vicious spiral of a lot of soft rock roadway easily falling into "former digging after repairing" and "repeatedly repairing and bad" in Chaohua Mine No. 31 Mining Ares. Combined with the existing research results, we analyze the deformation and failure characteristics of deep big section in soft rock roadway by numerical simulation FLAC, and determine a reasonable argument supporting roadway in deep soft rock on this basis, in the sur- rounding rock anchor bolt preload performance when the power takes 5 t, row spacing between bolting takes 0.8 m ~ 0.8 m, a bolting with wire mesh using a length of 3 m, 20 mm diameter bolt ; then bolting with wire mesh in a supporting base is formed on the load - bearing structure, structural measures are adopted to compensate for the help section and roadway arch, secondary support selected length of 6.5 m, anchor of 18.9 mm diameter. Through field measurement, using the above parameters achieved good supporting effect.
